Player collision and damage registration

description

Player ships should be able to collide to one another, be hit by projectiles and subsequently take damage.

Implemented a custom pipeline processors which processes data from .x to collision data (stored as a collection of lists and dictionaries)
Implemented a class structure that initializes itself using the data from the pipeline processor and created collision objects
Implemented a ray intersection with a stationary collision object, returns first point of intersection (not fully tested)
Implemented a collision object vs collision object intersection algorithm, return true/false (not fully tested)

Collision detection and responce has been implemented
A collision handler to handle collision between several object has been implemented
Collision handler also handles ray intersection for all object known to collision handler
Ray intersection can add damages
Impact force is registered and can be used to calculated damages

Main todo: Add impuls force to collision object (so it can respond to impact of explosions etc)
